Resolved - Problem with Hydro Portal Online Bill Payments

Nelson Hydro is experiencing a problem with online payments in the Hydro Portal.

The error is being investigated by the service provider and is expected to be resolved within the next few days.

Customers can still make payments for their electric bill through their bank (online or in person) or in person at City Hall.
