Nelson Police Department STRATEGIC PLAN 2005-2009
This living document is our template for the future
direction of the Department, forged through a synthesis of ideas brought
forward by the Board and management team over a lengthy period of analysis
and evaluation. The Strategic Plan, which encompasses a core service review,
was developed in a proactive “think tank” model. It reflects the guiding
philosophies of the Board, as representative of the community, as well as
the key managerial directions put forth by the police
leadership.
The Nelson Police Board is currently
redeveloping the Strategic Plan for 2010-2015. Once it is
complete, it will be posted to our website.
