Liquor licences are issued by the BC Liquor Control and  Licensing Branch (LCLB) of the provincial government. However, the LCLB  will not issue new liquor licences or amend existing licences for  liquor-primary establishments without the support of the local  government. 

Please fill out a Development Application Form (PDF) for liquor permits and submit to the Development Services and Engineering Department.
